“The woman fled into the wilderness, where God had prepared a place for her to be nourished for 1,260 days.”
Revelation 12:6
Understanding the Time of Jacob’s Trouble: Survival 101
For this presentation, I’ll be discussing some interesting research regarding a possible candidate for the “Wilderness” that the Woman spoken of in the Book of Revelation is taken to, where those who escape the great tribulation may be hidden. In short, Australia. We will also be looking at the location of what Scripture refers to as “the North Country.” Bottom line, we’re dealing with the the United States. I have become very passionate about these topics as of late, primarily my theory for the identity of the United States in Biblical Prophecy, the location of the Wilderness for those who escape the great tribulation may be hidden, and a perspective of the Land of the North, which challenges age-old Eschatological positions. The Land of the North receives a certain amount of extra limelight in regards to greater exodus verses, compared to the many places the children of Israel will be gathered from. I believe there is a reason for this. So, let’s get to it then. The scene in Revelation is reminiscent of the passage in Hosea, which says:
“Therefore, behold, I will allure her and lead her to the wilderness, and speak to her tenderly.
Hosea 2:14
Also, Ezekiel and Jeremiah have something to say on the matter.
33 “As I live, declares Yahuah Elohim, surely with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out I will be king over you. 34 I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and with wrath poured out. 35 And I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will enter into judgment with you face to face. 36 As I entered into judgment with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will enter into judgment with you, declares Yahuah Elohim. 37 I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant. 38 I will purge out the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against me. I will bring them out of the land where they sojourn, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yahuah.
Ezekiel 20:33-38
“Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares Yahuah, when they shall no longer say, ‘As Yahuah lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,’ 8 but ‘As Yahuah lives who brought up and led the offspring of the house of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.’ Then they shall dwell in their own land.”
Jeremiah 23:7
The significance of this event relates to the Second Exodus. Or the Greater Exodus. The focus in Jeremiah is on the offspring of Israel in the latter days, now dwelling in a location known as the North Country, or the Land of the North. In order to show the location of the North Country, I will be unpacking some of the Book of Ezekiel in relation to these concepts, which I am starting to believe is a book incredibly important for believers standing here at the precipice of the return of Messiah.
But first, I feel it is important to begin this scriptural investigation with something far more important. A simple testimony. You see, part of becoming Israel, being grafted into the very people of Yahuah we read about, starts with the free gift of salvation offered through Yahusha the Messiah, without the atonement and Mediation offered through our savior, none of this matters. Without being grafted back into the nation of the Most-High, and being reconciled as imperfect men, to a perfect Creator through faith in his son, we have have no hope in these dark days.
Consider the following:
10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. 11 And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. 12 Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!”
Revelation 12:10-12
Also,
Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who keep the commandments of Yahuah and hold to the testimony of Yahusha.
Revelation 12:17
Mountains Good. Babylon Bad.
Still with me? I’m going to share with you a bit of research starting with the well-known verse in Revelation 18:4. “Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues.” My theory is that we will be able to see a correlation with certain places of judgement, and a command to flee, but what are the locations of which we are warned and where should believers flee to?
Here are some other calls to flee that I will be focusing on for todays presentation;
Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.
Zechariah 2:6-7
Notice another reference to this “Land of the North” as mentioned previously. Here are the words of Yahusha.
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains.
Mathew 24:15-16
Okay, so first off, Mountains good. Cities bad. Land of the North, bad. Dwelling with Babylon, bad.
The use of Mountains as a hiding place is echoed in these passages in Ezekiel.
The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him. But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.
Ezekiel 7:15-16
These suggestions give believers a good idea of where to hide out and where not to stay when the Great tribulation, the time of Jacob’s trouble, begins. But what if we stay behind? We know times of Tribulation are for the purification of the saints, and this is doubly reinforced with the letters to the seven churches in Revelation 2-3. For example:
(Speaking to Smyrna)
Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Revelation 2:10
There is however one outlier. The Church of Philadelphia is given this promise in Revelation 3:10. “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” So, the big question, what is so special about this church, and what scriptural precedence do we see for those saved from the hour of temptation?
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. 3 For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, 4 but the wise took flasks of oil with their lamps. 5 As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept. 6 But at midnight there was a cry, ‘Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ 7 Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘Since there will not be enough for us and for you, go rather to the dealers and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. 11 Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open to us.’ 12 But he answered, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
Mathew 25:1-12
We see similar language here in Mathew 7.
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
Matthew 7:21-23
This brings us to our first bullet point.
- If we want to be protected, provided for, and delivered, we must remember to keep the Faith and Keep the Commandments.
There also seems to be an amount of responsibility for us to “get out of the way,” you could say, when we are living among the wicked. I mean, yes Yahuah is fully capable of delivering us in the midst of trouble, but he also warns us to leave so we do not share in the plagues which must fall upon the world.
Here is a warning:
13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:
14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord God. 15 If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts: 16 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate. 17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it: 18 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves. 19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast: 20 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness. 21 For thus saith the Lord God; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast? 22 Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.
Ezekiel 14:13-22
Basically, if you remain behind when the time of Jacob’s Trouble starts, this applies to you.
Now here is where I start making connections. The only other place that parallels these four sore judgements listed in a similar fashion is in Revelation.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
Revelation 6:8-9
We are beginning to make some connection between the book of Ezekiel and the event in Revelation. Let’s see another parallel.
Then the glory of the God of Israel rose from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. And He called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side. “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem,” said the LORD, “and put a mark on the foreheads of the men sighing and groaning over all the abominations committed there.” And as I listened, He said to the others, “Follow him through the city and start killing; do not show pity or spare anyone! Slaughter the old men, the young men and maidens, the women and children, but do not go near anyone who has the mark. Now begin at My sanctuary.”
Ezekiel 9:3-5
Here is the major point I want to bring out from the passage we read in Ezekiel: “Now begin at My sanctuary.” This is further Clarified in the following.
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
1 Peter 4:17
So here is the question. What do you believe represents the house of Yah on earth today? Or at the very least, claims such. We’ll come back to this point.
Ezekiel used Jerusalem as part of a prophecy to the Northern House of Israel, yet Ezekiel is born around 622 BCE, approximately a hundred years after the House of Israel had begun to be dispersed.
“And you, son of man, take a brick and lay it before you, and engrave on it a city, even Jerusalem. 2 And put siegeworks against it, and build a siege wall against it, and cast up a mound against it. Set camps also against it, and plant battering rams against it all around. 3 And you, take an iron griddle, and place it as an iron wall between you and the city; and set your face toward it, and let it be in a state of siege, and press the siege against it. This is a sign for the house of Israel. “Then lie on your left side, and place the punishment[a] of the house of Israel upon it. For the number of the days that you lie on it, you shall bear their punishment. 5 For I assign to you a number of days, 390 days, equal to the number of the years of their punishment. So long shall you bear the punishment of the house of Israel.
Ezekiel 4:1-4
Unrepentant sin however results in multiplied punishment.
“But if you will not listen to me and will not do all these commandments, if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant, then I will do this to you: I will visit you with panic, with wasting disease and fever that consume the eyes and make the heart ache. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. I will set my face against you, and you shall be struck down before your enemies. Those who hate you shall rule over you, and you shall flee when none pursues you. 18 And if in spite of this you will not listen to me, then I will discipline you again sevenfold for your sins.
Leviticus 26:14-18
This punishment coming to an end, supposedly after the time period of 390 years times seven, results in a period of 2730 years of Exile. Many people within the Torah Observant community supposedly began to realize the importance of these Ancient paths around 2008-2009. This would be 2730 from the approximate beginning of the captivity and exile which happened in 722 BCE. The Children of Israel, though they have lost their heritage and identity, had to wake up and be given an opportunity to repent. This is the line in the sand which I believe is being drawn, to quote Joshua, “choose this day who you will serve,” which is why I believe judgement can be righteously poured out, because the truth is spreading, and those who willfully reject the commandments of Yahuah will no longer be able to plead ignorance in the day of his wrath.
So another question. Where is the vast majority of people who are the awaking lost tribes found today? Could this location be “The House of the lord?”
Here is a verse I believe is related to this awakening.
12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger forever. Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the Lord. Turn, O backsliding children, saith the Lord; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion: And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
Jeremiah 3:12-15
Two thoughts. Notice once again, the “North” being highlighted. Also, at least in my experience, verse 14 has been very accurate. Two per family, one per city? It really characterizes the sparseness of the Hebraic, Torah-Observant Community.
Here are some further warnings in Jeremiah about the Land of the North:
Set up the standard toward Zion: retire, stay not: for I will bring evil from the north, and a great destruction. The lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant. For this gird you with sackcloth, lament and howl: for the fierce anger of the Lord is not turned back from us. And it shall come to pass at that day, saith the Lord, that the heart of the king shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets shall wonder.
Jeremiah 4:6-9
I wanted to focus here on something I found regarding the term “from the North” in Jeremiah 4:6. The Hebrew word tsaphown, meaning North, with the prefix Mem appearing in the Masoretic text before this word, which can mean “From the North.” However, in Joshua 16:6, 17:10, 18:5, 18:12, Judges 7:1, 1 Samuel 14:5, and Ezekiel 8:5, the word miṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn is accurately rendered in an alternative fashion to read “On the North.” Therefore it is possible Jeremiah 4:6 could be rendered: “Set up the standard toward Zion: retire, stay not: for I will bring evil on the north, and a great destruction.” And by the way, the word for North can also mean “Hidden”. Interesting.
And for good measure, one more verse in Jeremiah:
O ye children of Benjamin, gather yourselves to flee out of the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the trumpet in Tekoa, and set up a sign of fire in Bethhaccerem: for evil appeareth out of the north, and great destruction.
Jeremiah 6:1
I do not take away from the fact that there are other places contextually where the destruction comes “from the North,” but if the devourer of the Gentiles already started with the Land of the North, it makes sense evil would then go forth from that location after its destruction.
Now we have another witness for my focal verse. Zechariah 2. No wonder Yah warns us to “Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.” From this passage we can extrapolate that this land of the North is tied with the Daughter of Babylon, and that sudden destruction is what Yah wants to save us from. This sound directly co-relative to the warning in the book of Revelation to “Come out of Mystery Babylon”
Now let’s investigate one more identifying characteristic of this Land of the North, that is mentioned in Zechariah 2, coupled up with this warning to flee the North.
4 And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
Zechariah 2:4-5
I believe prophetic qualities were placed on a location not in the holy land, to identify a place many of the scattered tribes will be living in. This place known as the Jerusalem without Walls, the Land of the North, The daughter of Babylon. You see, the Great Harlot is identified throughout scripture as the City of Jerusalem, which is why Yahuah removed His Name from that place and cast her far off, because of the idolatry committed therein, yet to be chosen again until the day of the Lord. It’s referenced at the end of Zechariah 2, where it says in verse 12 and 13:
And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.
There are two distinct Jerusalems mentioned in this passage, one being the Jerusalem without walls, the other being historical fortified Jerusalem in Judea. This is the key to unlock the Book of Ezekiel and its prophetic significance for the remnant of Yah. Now recognizing that the book uses Jerusalem as a proverb to the Northern House in the dispersion, perhaps Ezekiel is giving us a hint as to where the time of Jacob’s trouble will start. A place that shares many of the same traits as historical Jerusalem yet is in a far-off country.
What are some of the prominent traits of Jerusalem if we were to zoom in on the holy land?
- Known as a “melting pot”
- House of the Lord
- All tribes gathered there
- Favor and blessing
- Specific tribes dwelt there in majority (1 Chronicles 9:3)
- Epicenter for judgement
Now on a Macro-scale, what nation among the entire earth, with the understanding that the House of Israel has thoroughly been mixed with every tribe, tongue, and nation, shares these qualities?
There is only one that fits perfectly in my opinion.
The United States of America is the world center of Judaeo-Christian values. Think the USA is too big to be referred to as a city? Keep in mind the new Jerusalem, which is supposed to descend from the heavens, is 1,400 by 1,400 sq Miles. Mind you, the USA is 2,800 by 1,582 sq Miles when measured. Not too much of a stretch mind you…
This possible pseudo-Jerusalem reminds me of Zephaniah.
Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired. Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the Lord come upon you, before the day of the Lord’s anger come upon you. Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger.
Zephaniah 2:1-3
Another parallel. The United states initially had 13 Colonies. There were 13 Tribes of Israel. Did you know early settlers were one vote off from making Hebrew the National Language? All of the tribes of Jacob are represented here. Every tribe tongue color and creed, mixing together in a giant melting pot called the USA, just like historical Jerusalem.
Did you know the alternative name to the Statue of Liberty is “The Mother of Exiles?” The dispersed of Israel are consistently called Exiles. The USA is the daughter of Babylon in my opinion, partially because we once were a nation aligned to biblical values, but now have turned our hearts after Idols and allowed wickedness to run rampant.
Just as fortified Jerusalem was likened to Babylon, or Sodom and Gomorrah, according Jeremiah 23:14 and 29:20. The book of Ezekiel solidifies this application with Ezekiel 16:44.
Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use this proverb against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter.
Just a few years ago, there was a solar eclipse that passed over the USA, from sea to shining sea. That event known as the Great American Eclipse, passed over 7 Cities named Salem; the original name of Jerusalem.
If that is not enough, we are a nation that at one point had 80% claiming “Christianity.” Yet those numbers unfortunately reflect the antinomian country club of Christianity, which has fulfilled the following passage.
Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered mortar, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken.
Ezekiel 22:26-28
This is the current state of the vast majority of the American Church, spewing antinomian doctrine across the earth, while championing the notion, “One nation under God.”
And the Lord said: “Because this people draw near with their mouth and honor me with their lips, while their hearts are far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment taught by men.
Isaiah 29:13
The final nail in the coffin for me, bringing this all back around to that passage in Zechariah, is figuring out what is the true Biblical North according to Scripture, and could the USA be a plausible candidate for being “North” of the holy land, which the scriptures state is the center point of the Nations, according to Ezekiel 5:5?
Also, when did “magnetic center” become true north? A directional heading is a single straight line. A compass changes where its needle points based on magnetic center. This changes directions depending where you are at.
What I did was take an Azimuthal equidistant map, oriented the holy land with what I know to be an accurate representation of North and South according to Scripture, and drew a straight line to the furthest land mass in the direction of “North” that I could go. And low and behold, roughly Washington State, USA seems to be the furthest location a wandering prodigal could reach if they simply pointed in the direction of North from the Land of Israel, and kept walking straight.
Okay, so the practical application is this. If the United States is the Jerusalem Without Walls, the Land of the North, the Daughter of Babylon, and the Tribes of Jacob are all represented here in some fashion, then logically, the time of Jacobs trouble would begin here. And I throw this last little tidbit out. Ezekiel is a type of the Remnant preserved. His leaving the city is a sign to those who remain behind. Just as those who leave mystery Babylon will be in the future.
Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house. Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house. Then shalt thou bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth at even in their sight, as they that go forth into captivity. Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and carry out thereby.
In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulders, and carry it forth in the twilight: thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.
Ezekiel 12:2-6
Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign: according to all that he hath done shall ye do: and when this cometh, ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD. Also, thou son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters, That he that escapeth in that day shall come unto thee, to cause thee to hear it with thine ears? In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speak, and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Ezekiel 24:24-27
Therefore my suggestion is start studying the book of Ezekiel, because I believe it is meant for us, the house of Israel, coming awake after the dispersion. A prodigal waking up in the pig slop. Wanting to return to the ancient paths.
Though I scattered them among the nations, yet in far countries they shall remember me, and with their children they shall live and return.
Zechariah 10:9
Now for my final theory.
Where is the wilderness which the woman may be hid from the dragon for 1260 days? If there is a greater Exodus, another wilderness experience makes sense, and Ezekiel 20:33 seems to support this. A time when the rebels will be weeded out once again. Those unwilling to submit to the will of Yahuah, who may have left with the multitudes fleeing destruction. A place millions could escape the Orwellian society peaking over the horizon of the not-too-distant future. Well, I don’t think it’s in the United States. While there are enormous tracts of unoccupied land, I don’t pick this place for a variety of reasons. If World War 3 broke out, I’m assuming this will be the epicenter, not to mention the possibility of civil war in the current state of affairs. I believe the United States was intended to be the domino which must topple before the NWO and Antichrist Kingdom can arise out of its ashes, which is also why the Phoenix is such a recurring theme in our flags and sigils, often mistaken for an eagle. Not only that, but if I’m correct in identifying North America as the Land of the North, then there seems to be explicit instruction to steer clear of whatever befalls this place. This nation is truly a “Green tree, more blessed and fruitful than any other,” yet Ezekiel 17:24 says:
And all the trees of the field shall know that I the Lord have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the Lord have spoken and have done it.
Look at a Google Map of the USA. We are a green tree. And here is that sentiment being declared over us in a recent speech at the Republican National Convention. Our sins are waxing full, and the harshest of the judgment will pour out on the nation that led the whole earth astray via our media, our lukewarm religiosity and tolerance of the innocents murdered in the millions. Don’t get me wrong. I think the Antichrist will have dominion over the whole earth, and there will be tribulation and martyrs persecuted all over the place.
Now this is postulation. I may be wrong here. With that said, there is a place alluded to in the riddle of Ezekiel 17. “The Dry Tree” will have to be unpacked at a different time. But bottom Line, I think its Australia.
Not the final resting place of Yah’s chosen, but simply the wilderness the Elect will be hid within. It is a hunch, and there is much feeding it, but I’ll rattle off a few points and perhaps in the future we will have more time to expound.
- Australia is the second least densely populated nation on Earth, and it’s an entire continent of wilderness. Guys like Chuck Missler and even super rich elite types, all seem to have vacation homes in New Zealand, I think because that area of the world is low on most nations Nuke ’em list if World War 3 were to break out.
- As a single-lingual westerner being able to communicate with nationals is paramount, I would not last long in any nation that did not have English as a primary language. They speak English.
- Australia is “allegedly” located on a Massive Tectonic plate. No major fault lines means when the great earthquake hits, it won’t be as bad as places like California, or even the New Madrid, where I could envisions scenes from the movie 2012 coming to life.
- There are “allegedly” massive underground fresh water aquifers beneath the ground in Australia, and one of the big killer judgements in the book of Revelation is the poisoning of waters linked to “Wormwood.”
While yes, the Australian Government is extremely liberal, and they are restricting guns, and forcing vaccines, the outback is a massive place to hide. I’m just a bit nervous about the critters.
Alright, now that is my “rational take.” Of course Yah will lead his people wherever. And if we remain in His will, He can deliver us through any fire.
The name “Southern Land of the Holy Spirit” is associated with Australia.
If the continents shifted in a major way, I could see Australia nestling right up between Africa and India. Perhaps the Israelites had a much larger wilderness to wander about for 40 years? I don’t know. With that said, it can be fun to postulate. Accurate or not, it’s time for us to start preparing, just don’t forget, we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, and the Word of our Testimony.
