I Chronicles 29:10-20

 The Last Prayer of Da’ud

by Pamela Glasgow

And Da’ud did barak ath-YAHAUAHA, the EVER-LIVING, to the eyes of all the gathered assembly, and Da’ud did declare:

Bara’uk are You, O YAHAUAHA,

ALAHAYA of our fathers,

From ancient times

And until as far as the eye can see

Or perceive,

To the edge of the horizon

And beyond,

Perpetually.

Unto You, O YAHAUAHA,

Is the greatness,

And the victory,

And the ornamented splendor,

And the bright, shining from afar completion,

And the beauty,

For all [which is] Shamayam

And in Aratz,

Is to You, O YAHAUAHA—

The kingdom,

The lifted-up exaltation

Of the whole

For [its] Head.

And the riches,

And the heavy weight of splendor

From before Your Face,

And You have dominion over all,

And in Your hand

Is the ability to make great,

And to give strength

Unto all.

And, at this time,

Our ALAHAYA,

We do cast forth praise

To You,

And we emit a brilliant sound of joy

Unto Your beautiful, ornamented Name.

And, indeed, who am I,

And what are my people

That we should be gathered together

With the ability

To give spontaneously like this?

For from You is the whole,

And from Your own hands

Have we given to You.

For sojourners are we

To Your face,

Ones who are emigrants,

Like all our fathers,

Like a shadow are our days

Upon ha’Aratz

And lacking in expectation.

O YAHAUAHA our ALAHAYA,

All this wealth we stand upright

To build for You a House,

For Your Qudash Name.

From Your hand is He,

And to You the whole.

And I have acquired knowledge,

O my ALAHA,

That You do examine the heart,

And from the upright ones,

You will have delight.

I, in the uprightness of my heart,

I have spontaneously offered

All these,

And, at this time,

Your people

Who have arrived here,

Have observed me with rejoicing

For this spontaneous, willing offering

Unto You.

O YAHAUAHA,

The ALAHAYA of Abaraham,

Yatsachaq, and Yashar’AL,

Our fathers,

The guardians of this,

For a time of long duration

For the forming of the heart

Of Your people,

And the establishment of their heart

Unto You.

And to my son, Shalamah,

Give a perfect,

Complete heart—

A heart that cherishes peace and friendship—

To keep watch over Your commandments,

Your testimonies,

And your statues,

And to fashion the whole,

And to build the palace

For which I, in this manner,

Have stood upright.”

And Da’ud declared unto all the gathered assembly, “Barak YAHAUAHA your ALAHAYA.” And the whole gathered assembly did barak YAHAUAHA, the ALAHAYA of their fathers,  and they did bow themselves down , and they did homage  unto YAHAUAHA, the EVER-LIVING, and unto the king.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Hunter Tylo.

Many of you will recognize her as the actress who stared in such daytime dramas as All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful. PEOPLE Magazine twice named her one of the world’s 50 most beautiful people. She was also successful in suing Aaron Spelling over his firing her from Melrose Place for not aborting her child, a case which is widely recognized in supporting a Mother’s rights.

Hunter is coming onto TUC YouTube LIVE this Thursday at 4pm EST to discuss her experiences in Hollywood and why she left, choosing rather to pursue YASHA’UA and the Torah. As a member of our community, she has also opened up a channel at our TUC Discord to discuss a number of pressing issues, like narcissistic abuse.

Here is your TUC Discord invite link. https://discord.gg/zFPnExWT

Be sure to introduce yourself and then head right on over to her room, “Getting Real with Hunter”.

We hope our partnership with Tylo will be an ongoing one.
