DIFFICULT indeed for four horsemen to gallop by and go unnoticed. You figure an equestrian with scales would make a lot of racket, and don’t even get me started on what sort of cacophony we might expect from four clopping hooves and She’ol following in their wake. Speaking of parade routes, they played a starring role in Matthew 24 and very few picked up on their presence. Believe me, they’re there. The discovery was made a couple of years ago—but on accident. All I did was read Revelation 6 and then revisit Matthew 24 again, based upon a hunch. The two chapters fit like a glove.
