PSALMS from the Paleo-Hebrew Volume IV

Books | New | Paleo Hebrew | Pamela Glasgow

Psalms from the Paleo Hebrew Volume IV is continues the translation of one of the most beloved book in Scripture. These songs run the gamut of human emotions—fear, anxiety, depression, loss, trust, joy, love—to name but a few. Their authors inscribed their faith, their praise, their trust in these pages. The psalms encompass both the past and the prophetic. Their verses are the most quoted. In the Dead Sea Scrolls, there remains more fragments and copies of these manuscripts than any other book. There were even more copies than Deuteronomy or Isaiah. David, who was both Shepherd and King, was responsible for seventy-three psalms. Asaph wrote twelve. The sons of Qurach are reputed to have penned ten. Usually, we think of it as a complete unit, though these are but the merest fraction of all which has been written in response to the ALAHAYAM.

In fact, the psalms are five books: Book One (Psalms 1-41) focuses on the presence of ALAHAYAM and the foundation of the covenant; Book Two (Psalms 42-72) offers the hope of the Messiah’s Kingdom; Book Three (Psalms 73-89) offers trust in the surety of YAHAUAHA’s promises; Book Four (Psalm 90-106) reminds us that YAHAUAHA is the ALAHAYA of Yashar’AL and Creator of all; and Book Five (Psalms 107-150) contains The Songs of Ascending and many other commands to praise YAH.

This current volume is now available for purchase. As a bonus, we have also included the Songs of Ascending!

I will sing unto YAHAUAHA while I love,
I will pluck the musical instrument
Unto ALAHAYA while I continue.
My meditations upon Him will be pleasant.
I will be joyful in YAHAUAHA!
He has destroyed sinners from ha’Aratz,
And the guilty ones no longer continue.

Barak ath-YAHAUAHA,
O my naphash.
Halala’u’YAH!

Psalm 104: 33-35

A Mazama’ur of Thanksgiving

Make a loud noise!
Shout for joy
Unto YAHAUAHA,
The EVER-LIVING!
Go to Him,
To His Face
With a ringing cry of joy!

Know Him—
Intimately and completely—
For He, YAHAUAHA,
The EVER-LIVING,
Is Alahayam—
He has fashioned us,
Working by labor
To produce us,
And not we ourselves.
We are His People,
And the small cattle
Of His pasturing.

Go to Him,
Unto His gate
With confession,
Thanksgiving,
Praise,
Into His enclosure
With hymns of celebration.
Cast forth praise unto Him,
Kneel and place a gift
Before Him,
Prosper His Name.

For YAHAUAHA
Is beautiful,
Kind,
Upright,
Fair and agreeable.
His chasad—desire and mercy,
Zeal and kindness—
Endures into time
Of long duration,
As far as the eye can see
Or perceive,
To the edge of the horizon
And beyond,
And His faithfulness
Circles from age unto age,
Perpetually!

Psalm 100

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Hunter Tylo.

Many of you will recognize her as the actress who stared in such daytime dramas as All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful. PEOPLE Magazine twice named her one of the world’s 50 most beautiful people. She was also successful in suing Aaron Spelling over his firing her from Melrose Place for not aborting her child, a case which is widely recognized in supporting a Mother’s rights.

Hunter is coming onto TUC YouTube LIVE this Thursday at 4pm EST to discuss her experiences in Hollywood and why she left, choosing rather to pursue YASHA’UA and the Torah. As a member of our community, she has also opened up a channel at our TUC Discord to discuss a number of pressing issues, like narcissistic abuse.

Here is your TUC Discord invite link. https://discord.gg/zFPnExWT

Be sure to introduce yourself and then head right on over to her room, “Getting Real with Hunter”.

We hope our partnership with Tylo will be an ongoing one.
