If you are reading this article, then chances are good that you are aware of all the toxins and poisons that we come into contact with on a daily basis. The tap water provided to us contains things such as dissolved pharmaceuticals and poisonous fluoride. The air contains toxic particles from pollution and chemtrails. The food in stores really isn’t food at all any more, considering the chemical additives, genetically modified organisms, pesticides, ultra-refined grains and dangerous oils. Not to mention the Biblically-unclean additives that are hidden where they are least expected. We can add to this list the electric and magnetic fields produced by our electronic devices, cell towers, and power grids.

We can also name pharma and their sorceries to the mix.

I decided, in the face of this onslaught on the human race, that I needed to compile a basic “How to Build Your Immune System 101” resource to help guide people to strengthen their own immune systems that were created for them by Yahuah, utilising the natural resources and plain common sense that He has also given us, combined with the wisdom in His Word. In the time that we are living in, we need to keep ourselves clean and set-apart as much as we can, and draw closer to Him, in order to fight in the war for our health. In the physical as well as in the spiritual.

The first step is to remove as many toxins from our lives as we can – those we have control of at least. Replace mainstream cleaning and body-care products with natural alternatives. Our food should also be natural and healthy, simple, cooked from scratch and as organic as possible.

Our diets should include a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes. Meat should be grass-fed and Biblically clean (see Leviticus 11 if you aren’t familiar with which animals are considered clean). Eggs should be free-range and organic. Dairy should be grass-fed and raw. We should include a lot of healthy fats, as well as homemade bone broths to increase our gut health.

Probiotics are so important! They build up our gut microbiome, which in turn makes us healthier and strengthens our immune systems. There are so many options to try, and many are easy to make at home! Some examples are milk or water kefir, kombucha tea, sauerkraut, jun, yoghurt, sourdough and various pickles.

Here are some other supplements to include to boost your immune system: echinacea, olive leaf, hibiscus, rosehips, baobab, elderberry syrup, iodine, zinc, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger, tuermeric, raw local honey, mushrooms, apple cider vinegar, garlic, green tea, Vitamins C and D, oregano, Himalayan or sea salt, fire cider and fermented garlic honey.

And don’t forget pure, filtered water!

Next I will talk a bit about EMFs. “Electric and magnetic fields (EMFs) are invisible areas of energy, often referred to as Radiation, that are associated with the use of electrical power and various forms of natural and man-made lighting.” – https://www.niehs.nih.gov/ EMFs can be the cause of a wide variety of illnesses and symptoms, including flu-like symptoms, mitochondrial problems, mental health problems (like depression, anxiety and insomnia), restlessness, nausea, brain fog, tiredness, headaches, sleep problems and more. There are a few things that you can do to reduce EMFs in your home. Here are some ideas:

Turn ojf WiFi at night, keep devices like cellphones out of the bedroom, plug electronics out when not in use, keep your phone away from your head, use earphones or speaker as much as possible, and use airplane mode, spend time in nature away from electronics, and use EMF blocking devices for smart meters and on electronic devices.

There are also some natural items that help absorb EMF radiation, as well as filter and purify the air in your home! Salt lamps are a great addition! The are beautiful as well as useful! And plants in and around your home can also help! Succulents and cacti, snake plant, betel leaf plant, spider plant, stone lotus flower, asparagus fern, areca palm, rubber plant, aloe and sunflowers! Having trees around your home also help protect your home from outside EMFs.

Some other things to consider are regular exercise and not being sedentary (we were not made to sit around all day!), being out in nature and grounding (walking barefoot on the soil or grass), getting lots of sunlight, getting regular sleep, and spending time with loved ones and community. Regular fasting and detoxing will also reduce the toxin load in your body.

Physical toxins are only the tip of the toxic iceberg that we, as the set-apart of Yahuah, have to deal with on a regular basis! We are constantly bombarded with temptations, unbiblical messages, lies  and fear from the media, our governments, schools and more. The world is spiritually sick, as well as physically sick! We need to steer away from the sinful messages of the world in order to keep our souls healthy – this in turn will help our bodies stay healthier too! There has been research done by Dr Michelle Strydom and others, that points to the fact that sin and harmful emotions such as sustained anger or bitterness can actually lead to physical ailments! So staying away from temptations, avoiding unbiblical influences and staying pure in our souls is very important!

Another big key to health is repentance! In true Teshuvah, we walk in obediance to The Most High and choose blessings and life over curses and death (Deuteronomy 28). This shows us the keeping Torah, because of our love for Yahuah, His Son and His Ruach, truly does bless us – keeping us safe, whole and healthy in body, soul and spirit!

In conclusion, it is clear that, to strengthen our immune systems and be as healthy as possible, we need to avoid the conveniences, temptations and toxins of this world and move towards living the way we were created to live – a simpler, more natural way of life, closer to His creation and further from what the world considers good.

Eliyah is a daughter of Yahuah, a wife and a mama to two out-of-the-box children. Her aim in life is to draw closer to The Most High, to learn about His Truths, to live life according to His will and to live it intentionally and meaningfully.
