Robert Ritchie: “Till You Can’t” — How Did Everyone Miss This?

Uncategorized

I still can’t quite get over Kid Rock’s performance at the TPUSA All American Halftime Show…

In case you missed it, trust me you are going to want to see this.

And there are a few things you might have missed or perhaps misunderstood.

There are two “scandals” going around that people are upset about, but I actually think they’re both intentional and done for a purpose that most people missed.

The first thing people are upset about is that Kid Rock is very clearly seen lip-syncing while singing his first song and arguably his biggest hit of his career, “Bawitdaba”.

The second thing people are upset about is the song Bawitdaba itself, because the lyrics are a bit trashy and edgy and do not fit Kid Rock’s transformed image over the years and decades.

So what’s up?

Just another massive hypocrite on display?

I don’t think so.

In fact, I think both were done as part of a story arc that sadly too many people missed.

Here’s what I think happened…

Have you ever gone to a concert and you just want to hear the band play their hits, but they play all their “new stuff” instead that no one knows?

That concert sucks.

People want to hear the the hits and Kid Rock’s biggest hit is Bawitdaba.

So I think he wanted to figure out a way to play it while still maintaining the integrity of that no longer being who he truly is now.

So I think they lip-synced it to show that was a shadow of the past but not who he is today.

Like him or hate him, Kid Rock is a pro and he knows what he’s doing on stage.  The lip syncing was really badly done and quite obviously broken throughout most of the song.

Do you really think he just goofed up that bad?

I don’t.

I think it was intentional to show he’s no longer “in sync” with that song, but he recognizes it was a big hit and part of his past so he played it.

I think he also wanted to put on a little story arc or mini-movie for his performance so that song represented who he used to be and the second song (Till You Can’t) represented the transformed in-Christ person he is today.

I know, I can hear some of you saying “Oh come on Noah, now you’re just reaching….”

But I don’t think so.

I think they telegraphed it and too many people just missed it.

Watch right before he sings Bawitdaba, he is introduced with text on screen that says “Kid Rock”.

Then watch right before he started singing “Till You Can’t”….

Complete wardrobe change and he is introduced with text on screen that says “Robert Ritchie” which is his real, God-given name.

And then the guy who had to lip-sync Bawitdaba is suddenly singing Till You Can’t to perfection with just a microphone and an acoustic guitar.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the absolutely beautiful instrumental hymn that was played in between the two songs…

Yes, that provided the time necessary for his wardrobe change but I think it was a bigger piece of the show that most people missed.

It very clearly represented a transition and transformation period for Rock/Ritchie.

In fact, when he comes back out on stage he is reintroduced (who gets introduced twice in one concert?) — but the real reason he’s reintroduced is to signify the change, and then in case you STILL haven’t gotten it by this point they reintroduce him as “our brother” Robert Ritchie.

Come on folks, it’s so obvious and such a beautiful story and it’s getting missed in people complaining because they didn’t see it!

Sorry to be harsh but how much of a fool do you have to be complaining online about how he was lip-syncing when he obviously made it over-the-top noticeable because he wanted you to understand the plot of the mini-movie he was showing you….and you missed it!

Anyway, that’s my take.  See what you think below.

I should have the video cued up to start at Kid Rock’s part, but in case it doesn’t you need to jump to the 1:04:27 minute mark.

Well done Mr. Ritchie, well done!

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Hunter Tylo.

Many of you will recognize her as the actress who stared in such daytime dramas as All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful. PEOPLE Magazine twice named her one of the world’s 50 most beautiful people. She was also successful in suing Aaron Spelling over his firing her from Melrose Place for not aborting her child, a case which is widely recognized in supporting a Mother’s rights.

Hunter is coming onto TUC YouTube LIVE this Thursday at 4pm EST to discuss her experiences in Hollywood and why she left, choosing rather to pursue YASHA’UA and the Torah. As a member of our community, she has also opened up a channel at our TUC Discord to discuss a number of pressing issues, like narcissistic abuse.

Here is your TUC Discord invite link. https://discord.gg/zFPnExWT

Be sure to introduce yourself and then head right on over to her room, “Getting Real with Hunter”.

We hope our partnership with Tylo will be an ongoing one.
