HORROR in Ceuta: Migrants Accused of Beating Baby Dolphin to Death Before Parading It Along the Beach (SHOCK VIDEOS)

A sickening scene on a beach in Spain’s North African enclave of Ceuta has triggered public fury and a formal demand for criminal accountability.

The allegation spread internationally as outlets began reporting on the uproar surrounding the animal’s death.

Video shows a group of migrants carrying a baby dolphin, lifting it over their heads, and moving it along El Trampolín beach as people crowd around. An environmental group says the animal was pulled from the water alive and beaten in the head with a stick before it died.

The public video establishes that the calf was handled and displayed on the beach. It does not show the reported blow itself, and Spanish authorities have not yet released a final investigative finding identifying who killed the animal.

That distinction does not make the scene any less appalling. It means the most serious allegation must remain attributed to the people who say they have the additional evidence.

El Periódico de Ceuta reported that the Association for the Defense of Urban Trees, Biodiversity and the Environment, known as DAUBMA, filed a formal complaint with Spain’s Civil Guard.

According to the local outlet, DAUBMA supplied videos, photographs, and social-media captures as evidence. The group says the disoriented calf reached the shoreline alive, was forcibly removed from the water, and was struck repeatedly in the head with a stick.

The report says the animal showed bleeding near one eye and that some people appeared to try to clean it afterward. DAUBMA has asked investigators to identify those involved and refer the matter to environmental prosecutors.

There is also a competing account that the dolphin may already have been dead when it reached the group. That is precisely why investigators need to examine the full evidence rather than let the case dissolve into online argument.

Online posts have stated the killing allegation as settled fact. The evidence described in the formal complaint may ultimately support that conclusion, but the clips circulating publicly do not capture the alleged strike.

Euronews reported that the recordings were made in the part of El Trampolín beach where migrants who entered Ceuta during the July 30 and 31 surge have remained.

A worker from the environmental-services company Ecoservicios was at the scene and warned those present to stop handling the animal and contact the proper wildlife-removal service. The report says people then tried to return the calf to the sea, but it no longer showed signs of life.

No suspect had been formally identified when the report was published. DAUBMA’s complaint is intended to establish the sequence of events and identify the people responsible.

The group also said it had spent months pressing authorities about other dead or injured marine animals, including dolphins and turtles allegedly caught in illegal drift nets. It argued that wildlife protection in Ceuta cannot stop at public statements after disturbing incidents occur.

A Ceuta resident also launched a petition demanding that those responsible be identified. The growing anger now centers on whether officials will establish the facts quickly and enforce the law.

Newtral independently verified that the viral footage is current and was recorded at El Trampolín beach. Its review found the first known version was posted on September 3 by local resident Juan Ruiz, who can be heard objecting to the animal being handled.

The outlet said it had not found public footage showing the dolphin being struck. DAUBMA told the outlet that it possesses additional photographs, videos, and audio and will provide them to the Civil Guard and prosecutors when requested.

People in the video can be heard saying in French that the dolphin “was dead.” Security sources told the outlet that the animal’s death was under investigation.

That review also checked the landscape and shoreline against street-level imagery, placing the scene at El Trampolín rather than an unrelated beach. The location matters because it ties the footage to the same area named in the environmental complaint and in reports about the recent migrant encampment.

The publicly available material therefore confirms a real dolphin, a real Ceuta beach, and a real crowd handling the animal. What remains unresolved is the animal’s condition when it reached shore, the alleged blow, and the individual responsibility of the people present.

The legal stakes are serious. The Boletín Oficial del Estado publishes Spain’s special-protection framework for wild species, which includes dolphins.

The official framework is designed to protect wild animals whose conservation requires special attention. It restricts the killing, capture, pursuit, or intentional disturbance of listed species outside narrow legal exceptions.

Article 334 of the Spanish Penal Code separately addresses protected wildlife. The current consolidated code provides potential prison time of six months to two years or a fine of eight to 24 months, depending on the circumstances, for conduct involving protected wild species.

Investigators will have to determine which provisions apply and whether the evidence establishes an intentional killing. The statutes nevertheless make one point plain: a protected dolphin is not beach property, food, or a prop to be carried around for entertainment.

That is why the Civil Guard’s response matters. A swift evidence review, identification process, and public account would separate proven conduct from speculation while showing that wildlife laws carry consequences.

Anyone who encounters a stranded dolphin should keep clear, prevent harassment, and contact emergency or wildlife authorities. Turning a vulnerable animal into a beach spectacle is reckless even before investigators settle the cause of death.

If the evidence confirms that this calf was dragged from the sea and beaten to death, every person responsible should be identified and prosecuted. There is no excuse for cruelty, and there should be no disappearing this case simply because the suspects are part of a politically sensitive migrant crisis.

The animal deserves the truth. The public deserves to know whether Spain will enforce its own laws when the evidence is ugly and the politics are inconvenient.

The investigation remains open. This report will be updated if Spanish authorities release a formal finding or identify suspects.

IN the summer of 2019, I was seated in the wine cellar of a walled Medieval town high above the Dordogne Valley of France, not far from Sarlat-la-Canéda, making phone calls, writing reports. I have given this story in other places and it appears as though you’re about to hear it again. Rob Skiba is a name you that you might be familiar with. Though he had made a name for himself as a Nephilim researcher, more recently Rob had taken a dive into the deep end of the pool via flat earth research. The recorded interviews I conducted between he and Rick Hummer, a fellow flat earth investigator and close friend of his, was published while still occupying that very wine cellar. Read all about it. Word quickly spread. Within a few short weeks, dozens of flat earth researchers began accepting my invite for a private interview, if not a series of interviews. From a 17th-century tower built by King Louis XIV, and with a stunning view of the Alps, I sat down with Robbie Davidson, founder of the Flat Earth International Conferences, conducting multiple sessions. While staying in Dumfries, Scotland, David Weiss agreed to take part in the interviews, as did Bob Knodel of Globebusters. There were others. But when I asked the interviewees to discuss the moments that shaped their lives, among the many PSYOPs, false flag attacks, and hoaxes that were discussed, only these men committed commentary to the false 9/11 narrative.

The resulting recordings ballooned into The Unexpected Cosmology, a book which became a website and was even intended as an anthology. And of course, the following discourse was originally a chapter. It was Walt Disney who stated, “Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.” Those sentiments remain applicable here as well. American Sensationalism: The 9/11 Interviews was always intended to be expanded upon with the inclusion of new researchers. So I’m sorry to say the project became stagnant during the Covid-19 psychodrama. I took a break to tackle other projects. We lost Rob Skiba. Rob offered hours of private conversation regarding his life but we never got around to the big one. 9/11. It was in the cards. Sadly, Bob Knodel died soon afterwards. Voices are being squeezed from an entire generation. Gnosis passes with them.

In the aftermath, the FE community became fractured. People began going their separate ways. Robbie Davidson, among a noted few others who were interviewed for the project, got up and left the movement altogether. It is not my intent to erase his or the contributions of others if only brief. They came, they went, their testimonies remain.

The original vision may have hit roadblocks but it is not forgotten. I expanded this paper a few years later to include testimony from author Pauly Hart, a dear friend of mine. I had wanted to continue that trend every year thereafter but you know how it goes. For the 25th anniversary of the attack I have redirected my efforts to its first large scale expansion, including Andrew Hoy and Darrin Geisinger into the mix. Perhaps others will lend their experiences to the recorder in time.
