34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Torah?”

37 Yahushua said to him, “‘You shall love YAHAUAHA your Elohim with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Torah and the Prophets.”

Mattithyahu (Matthew) 22:34-40

Yahusha Ha’Mashiach divided up the 10 Commandments into 2 Commands, 5 and 5, and then said all the Torah and the Prophets hang upon them. He’s referring to the 613 laws found in the Torah. The 613 were never intended to be separate from the 10. They are there to explain how to keep the 10, or the 5 and the 5 making up the 2 Commands. In the following document, you will find all 613 laws organized under each of the 10 Commands.
