THE BIBLICAL FLAT EARTH & THE FIRMAMENT

WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING AT IS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN according to the Bible. Sure, the drawing is crude, but it brought me joy the first moment I laid eyes on it. I smiled, because I immediately recognized dozens of scripture verses, from the beginning of God’s word to the very end of it, each sparking with animation. Here I was, 35 years old, and nobody had yet taken the time, or thought it worth their effort, to show me how the Bible described creation before!

For all the Ball-Earthers out there attempting to splinter God’s word by wedging Copernicus into it, let’s just put it this way. Globe or not, when the scribes and prophets were sitting down by candlelight to lay out on papyrus what would eventually make up our Bible canon, this is what they were describing. There is not one justifiable Globe Earth model presented in scripture. However, there’s likely well over a hundred stationary Flat Earth references. Is God a relativist when it comes to our perspective?

Before delving into scripture related to the firmament, I’d like to go over video footage from the first ever amateur non-government rocket launch into “space,” because this is my blog and I can do pretty much whatever I want. This launch was accomplished in 2014 by the Civilian Space Exploration Team, and provides some of the best Flat Earth video documentation ever. All signs point to NASA trying to squash this Flat Earth rebellion and any attempts to send further rockets into space for scientific evaluation with the full fury of their mighty Empirical tentacles. Is that sweat I’m detecting on your brow, NASA?

There’s a few things that I want you to notice while viewing it. Firstly, the earth is FLAT. Flat as a pancake. Funny how all earth footage ends up loosing weight whenever NASA keeps its multi-billion tax dollar paws off the equipment. Secondly, look for the moon. Eerily, it’s up there, and so close to earth. The rocket was launched at 7:33am PST in the morning of July 14, 2014, in Black Rock Desert, Nevada, and if you take the time to do your own research, you’ll find that the moon was over Australia during flight. And so close to earth. If the earth is truly a spinning globe, then the moon would have been completely out of visibility from either North America or the sun. Again, don’t take my word for it. Please research this on your own. Notice how the moon is lit too, despite being out of the suns range, but I digress. Thirdly, look for the white protrusion just beyond Australia’s horizon. Many suspect that to be Antarctica, while critics claim its a big-ass cloud well beyond the moon, exactly where Antarctica would be. If I’m correct and the earth is truly flat, as yet another piece of amateur footage shows, then that massive ice wall makes up the southern perimeter that surrounds our entire circular plane.

Oh, there’s one more thing. The rocket reaches an altitude of 73 miles, roughly so high as most Flat Earthers believe that anyone in NASA has ever flown. And then it smacks into something. We’re dealing with rocket propulsion and it doesn’t even slow to a drift. It just stops with a terrible crashing thud. Yeah, maybe it simply ran out of gas, as some Ball-Believers claim. I won’t argue this point with Flat Earth critics, because I want the terrible truth of the pancake horizon and the moon to sink in. But here’s what I think. I think NASA’s been lying to us about the firmament. All the nukes the US government launched into our atmosphere back in the fifties couldn’t even penetrate it. Nobody gets out of here alive. Because the only way to escape this prison planet, as its become for Satan and his minions, is one of two ways, and death takes up both options. We die and go up.  Or we die and go down.

LET’S QUICKLY TALK ABOUT THE THERMOSPHERE

thermosphere1

At about 50km altitude temperatures take a bit of a dive until they hit the Kármán line radiation belt 62 miles above us, some 90km. After this line, the heat abruptly increases, rising rapidly for another 62 miles, 124 miles in total height, whereby it starts to level off, although other sources claim it continually rises. Temperatures can vary, depending on sun activity, but can reach as high as 2500 degrees Celsius, or 4532 degrees Fahrenheit!

Just to give a perspective, the oven in your kitchen can reach somewhere around 464 degrees Fahrenheit. A ceramic laboratory oven for jewelers and dentists to melt gold can reach just over 2000°F. Temperatures in a blast furnace for melting iron can go as high as 4000°F, give or take.

So let me ask you something. Do you really believe Apollo astronauts in a tin can were able to slingshot around our earth’s gravitational pull and launch through a radiation belt reaching 4532 degrees and land on the moon fifty years ago? NASA has all but admitted dozens of times that they do not yet have the technology to pass the Karman line, let alone the radioactive Van Allen belt. And do you really think mechanical marvels like the Hubble space telescope can withstand that sort of heat? The answer is no. But I digress.

SCRIPTURE VERSES CONCERNING THE FIRMAMENT

The key verse that really stands out to me is Job 37:18. Remember, Job was written before the Torah. It was a scroll that Moses would no doubt be faithfully familiar with when he himself wrote of the creation week. In Job 37:18, we read how God spread or stretched out the firmament as a strong molten looking glass, much as a glass blower would. Some believe the mysterious Libyan desert glass to be fragmented pieces of this very firmament.

Because I want to take my Flat Earth argument to its best source, the Bible, I’ll be doing so topically. Today I simply want to establish the firmament’s presence in our Owner’s Manual. The word firmament is used to translate rāqîa’ (רָקִ֫יעַ‎) in Biblical Hebrew. It is derived from the root raqqə’ (רָקַע), meaning “to beat or spread out”, e.g., the process of making a dish by hammering thin a lump of metal. When you hear firmament, think firm. It’s not some energy field or source of gravity, as splintering the Copernican model into the Scriptures would entail. Bible Hub even makes mention that firmament, or rāqîa’ (רָקִ֫יעַ‎), was regarded by Hebrews as solid, and supporting ‘waters’ above it. I’ll deal with the waters above it in another entry.

In the meantime, these are the verses I’ve dug up on the firmament, specifically as it pertains to God’s making and stretching it forth over the earth’s atmosphere, or lower heaven. I’ll be sure to add more references as I find them.

“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” – Genesis 1:6

“Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?” – Job 37:18
“Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.” – Psalms 102:25
“Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain.” – Psalms 104:2

“Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and He that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by Myself.” – Isaiah 44:24

“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.” – Genesis 1:14

“Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea.” – Job 9:8

“I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.” – Isaiah 45:12

“Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and My right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.” – Isaiah 48:13

“He hath made the earth by His power, He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by His discretion.” – Jeremiah 10:12

“The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.” – Zechariah 12:1

2023 Conference Announcement

IT’S happening. Zen Garcia was kind enough to ask me to speak at the upcoming 2023 Sacred Word Revealed conference in Atlanta, Georgia. May 26-28. And I’m going. Somewhere on that wall of fine presenters is my mug, but I’m not telling you which one. I like to play hard to get, and so, you will have to try your best and find me. My arrival is predicated upon me speaking exclusively on the Millennial Kingdom + Mud Flood subject, which has been plastered all over TUC over the last few years. I hope to see my readers there! Once Zen and company release the official schedule I plan on scheduling a TUC meetup. So stay tuned.

Miss Rivqah is born!

AND no, she wasn’t born standing up. That would be totally amazing if true. Rivqah is nearly 4 months old now, her birthdate being on July 7, and as you can see, she loves standing with assistance. Sarah and I are in our 40’s, have been married for over 20 years, and never thought we could have any more children. Rivqah decided to surprise us when we least expected it, and here she is, tada! all smiles. Yahuah is truly amazing. Expect plenty more of her in upcoming announcements. I may throw her in when you least suspect it. You can read her birth story here.

Miss Rivqah.

Rebecca L. Gould: A growing family at TUC!

IN my last newsletter I made mention of Rebecca L. Gould without ever giving a photo reveal. Well, here she is. The lovely Rebecca. Rebecca came to TUC during the summer of 2021 after following the breadcrumb trail from Rob Skiba and Nephelim research and soon thereafter began following the Torah. She has been an enormous help to the TUC ministry ever since that time, editing books for publication as well as running the podcast and administrating the TUC community, among other  tasks. ‘The Earth Not a Globe Review: Volume I’ and ‘The Legends of the Jews: Volumes I-IV’ would not have happened without her.

New Article Archives

A GREAT deal many of my readers have been asking for a single page where my articles can be accessed and I don’t blame them. The sheer volume has become dizzying. Just know that the list provided here is far from complete, though I do say it’s a good start. It’s not that I’m holding anything back. I have been attempting to convert my catalogue of work into pdf files over the last so many months and that is no small easy task. The greater bulk is published all throughout my website. You’ll have to fish for them until I get around to it.
